Terms of Use

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

• Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.
• Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or systematically extract Chrono Lens valuations or data.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, probe or circumvent security or usage limits of the service.
• Do not use Chrono Lens to facilitate fraud, counterfeiting or misrepresentation of a watch.

• Chrono Lens Pro is offered on a monthly or annual basis, billed in advance through our payment processor.
• Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the advertised price.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Profile; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice.
• The free plan includes a limited monthly scan allowance and a limited collection size.

Identifications, valuations, authenticity scores, forecasts and buy recommendations are automated estimates produced by AI models and third-party market data. They may be incomplete or wrong, and are provided for information only. They are not a professional appraisal, authentication, insurance valuation or financial advice. Always obtain independent expert verification before buying, selling, insuring or authenticating a watch. You alone are responsible for decisions you make.

Chrono Lens, its name, design, software and generated reports are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of the images and notes you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them so we can provide the service. Brand names, model names and reference numbers are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively for identification.

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, limits and third-party data sources may change or be withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on a valuation or authenticity result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You may delete your account at any time from Profile, which permanently removes your scans, collection and uploaded images.
