Brand names, model names, nicknames and reference numbers (for example Rolex, Omega, Submariner) are the trademarks of their respective owners. Chrono Lens uses them descriptively to identify and value watches. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any watch manufacturer.

Photos you upload remain yours. Reference images shown for identified models are sourced from publicly available listings and manufacturer material and are displayed for identification purposes only. If you own an image displayed by Chrono Lens and want it removed, tell us and we will remove it promptly.

Send a notice to ip@chronolens.dev including:

• Your name, organisation and contact details.
• Identification of the work, trademark or image you believe is infringed.
• The exact location in Chrono Lens where the material appears (URL or screenshot).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

• We acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days.
• We remove or disable access to the material while we review it.
• Where a user uploaded the material, we notify them and give them an opportunity to respond.
• Repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you are authorised to use it, email ip@chronolens.dev with your contact details, the material removed and an explanation. We will review and, where appropriate, restore it.

Our reports, valuations, interface and software are protected. Scraping, republishing or reselling Chrono Lens output is not permitted. Report suspected misuse to legal@chronolens.dev.
